  1. Make the oil boiling hot
  2. prepare the samosa structure with aaloo fillings inside it.
  3. put the samosa into the kadhai with boiling oil inside it to let it deep fry.
  4. after being brown with the temperature .. Take the samosas out !!
  5. Now they are ready to eat ,mainly with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!!!
